Yes. SwankHaus Design ($39.99) includes the full 4D Asset Model from SwankHaus Pro. SwankHaus HomeEquity ($49.99) includes everything from both lower tiers. Pay once for the tier you need — never for the same feature twice.
How accurate are the AI 3D sketches?
SwankHaus Design produces a credible massing model and floor-plan estimate from listing photos — accurate enough to plan additions, run space-planning exercises, and brief an architect. It is not a substitute for a measured survey before construction.
Is the 4D Asset Model an investment recommendation?
No. The 4D Asset Model is an analytical tool. It surfaces what's quantitatively defensible about a property — it doesn't tell you to buy. Pair it with your own diligence and a qualified advisor before transacting.
When does SwankHaus HomeEquity launch?
